Technology is leverage. I build the lever.

I am a founder, product owner and CTO. For the last seven years I have started companies and built the technology inside them. That work includes an EdTech platform for students, teachers and universities, the world's first news app in Sanskrit, SaaS products, ERPs, CRMs, industrial IoT systems and AI automation for businesses that had never written a line of code. On every one of them I owned the product from the first user problem to the system that went live.

I work across engineering and business. I have an MBA in finance and a B.Tech in computer science, so I read a balance sheet as easily as a system diagram. When I pick an architecture, I check it against the runway, the unit economics and the team we can actually hire.

I run small teams that ship. At Unlock Velocity I have led more than 70 projects across e-commerce, health tech, edtech and manufacturing. Delivering them on time helped grow company revenue 5x. I have also mentored engineering teams, including one for the Indian Army. I stayed hands-on the whole time. I wrote ESP32 firmware and designed the custom PCBs it runs on for a factory floor. I built patentable software on my own. I put multi-agent AI pipelines into production. My job is to take a messy business problem, find the system inside it, and ship a version that holds up as it grows.

I connect machines to decisions. ESP32 nodes sit on the shop floor, telemetry goes up to the cloud, and the dashboard tells the plant head which machine is losing money right now.

ESP32 & Embedded Systems

Custom firmware, sensor wiring and connectivity that holds up in factory conditions. Consumer hardware does not last there.

Machine Health Monitoring

Vibration, temperature, current and cycle count go in. Health scores and downtime alerts come out.
